The Role

This position will primarily be involved in the Group’s Data Centre investment activities, including site selection, asset acquisitions, development projects as well as M&A within Europe and the UK region.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop business strategies, as well as pursue and evaluate business opportunities locally and overseas.
  2. Drive growth of the real estate portfolio by building relationships and supporting the origination of new investments and business opportunities.
  3. Formulate market entry/exit strategies to ensure higher returns upon disposition and complete deep-dive analytic reviews to seek new opportunities that could increase profitability and flow through.
  4. Develop and implement a sound business plan for sourcing acquisition or investment opportunities, including specific strategies designed to achieve short and long-term growth and profit objectives.
  5. Lead in the investment transactions from end-to-end, including origination, research, deal evaluation and structuring, financial analysis (including financial modeling) and deal execution.

Job Requirements

  1. Degree in Engineering, Building, Real Estate, Business, Finance or any related discipline.
  2. At least 15 years’ relevant working experience in Europe and/or UK real estate investments and asset acquisitions.
  3. Proven track record to originate, evaluate, underwrite and execute deals.
  4. Resourceful, with a keen analytical mind and proficiency in financial modelling.
  5. Good financial product knowledge, with experience in site selection, business development and/or development management experience in Data Centres properties investment preferred.
  6. Excellent leadership skills, strong initiative, good business and financial acumen, and great independence in working in a fast-paced environment.
