Our client requires a Mechanical Site Manager to manage the Mechanical package of a medium-large commercial fitout. The role will involve managing direct Plumbers and Pipefitters as well as sub-contractors. It will also involve liaising with the client on site as well as internal directors and subcontractors. Ensuring the project progresses in a timely manner in line with the programme and health and safety protocols is an important part of the Mechanical Site Manager role.
Successful Mechanical Site Managers must have the following:
- A current valid CSCS / SMSTS ticket for working on site as a Mechanical Site Manager.
- Experience working as a Mechanical Site Manager on commercial fitout sites.
- Two checkable working references as a Mechanical Site Manager from similar roles.
The hours on site will be from 8am until 5pm Monday to Friday, however, some flexibility is expected.
