Your Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate at least one manually controlled process;
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve production/process issues to meet standards;
- Ensure quality and quantity of work, monitor production, and perform routine maintenance;
- Conduct visual inspections for surface finish quality;
- Record data accurately in routers, IMS, and other tracking systems;
- Inspect own work and train other operators as needed;
- Assist with machine setup for other departments when required;
- Read and interpret production prints;
- Maintain excellent housekeeping and 5S standards;
- Meet skill requirements and maintain certification through the company\’s Operator Program.
Your Qualifications
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
