About the Role:
- Processing of customer’s quotes and orders
- Daily ordering with suppliers
- Close liaison with warehouse and logistics dept.to ensure orders are completed and delivered in a timely manner.
- Issuing of delivery notes and invoices for deliveries
- Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers
- Maintaining and building supplier and client relationships
The Person:
- Ability to cope with pressure and adapt to situations
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good organisation skills
- Outlook, excel and word literate
