The Opportunity

An incredible client of ours is seeking an accomplished senior professional to lead its most exclusive guest and hospitality programmes. This position combines strategic leadership with operational oversight, delivering exceptional hospitality experiences, corporate hosting, and bespoke events for an elite global audience.

The Role

Reporting into senior commercial leadership, this individual will:

  • Define and implement a long-term premium hospitality strategy, aligning with brand positioning and commercial objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and continuous enhancement of high-end hospitality offerings, including trackside clubs, corporate suites, and private event experiences.
  • Manage the delivery of catering and F&B services, ensuring exceptional quality, sustainability, and innovative presentation.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with commercial, marketing, operations, and supplier partners to ensure seamless delivery across all touchpoints.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure success, optimise profitability, and drive continuous improvement.
