Responsibilities
- Advise customers and prospects on the use of Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud systems, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, or Selligent.
- Proactively support technical implementation on systems such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, Selligent, or Emarsys.
- Configure, integrate, and optimize our customers\’ Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud environments to enhance personalization, audience segmentation, and cross-channel activation.
- Participate in the preparation and implementation of customer meetings and workshops as well as marketing and sales activities.
- Leverage Data Cloud capabilities for identity resolution, real-time data activation, and advanced analytics to support marketing and CRM strategies.
Requirements
- Practical experience in a comparable field is more important to us than a completed degree.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud systems and/or integrating eCommerce platforms.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and/or CRM, and ideally the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant and/or Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification.
- HTML knowledge as well as basic knowledge of Java, JSP, or PHP; experience with Pardot, Datorama, or Interaction Studio is desirable.
- Practical experience with database systems (SQL) and working with large-scale customer data platforms.
- Ability to present complex concepts clearly in both written and verbal form.
- A high level of reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to provide pragmatic, rapid support to potential customers.
