Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Tweedbank, is currently looking to recruit a Project Support Officer until the end of March 2026 on a rate of £200-£250/day (Inside IR35). This role will be hybrid working with 1 day in the office per week (Wednesday). Responsibilities: – Track partner validation responses using established templates – Support document uploader testing and feedback coordination – Support Data bulk upload and member communications – Draft member-facing content for website and Member newsletter – Execute archiving and backup protocols for key datasets – Participate in weekly check-ins to support prioritisation and escalation Essential Skills: – Prior experience in programme support, communications, or data coordination is essential. – Detail-oriented and proactive under pressure – Can manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities – Communicate clearly and diplomatically with member-facing audiences – Curious about systems, governance, and public value – Value fairness, clarity, and collaborative delivery Desirable: -Current BPSS clearance/Basic Disclosure Certificate41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15
