My client is looking for an experienced Product Owner to take the lead on their Salesforce platform, ensuring they deliver exceptional value across the full customer journey. In this role, you’ll be shaping the product strategy, guiding development, and making sure their systems stay ahead of the curve in a competitive market.
What you’ll be doing:
- Define and deliver a clear product vision for Salesforce that aligns with business goals.
- Own the full product lifecycle – from concept through to ongoing enhancements.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, development, and customer support to ensure seamless integration and maximum adoption.
- Analyse customer needs and market trends to guide prioritisation and feature development.
- Champion the voice of the customer, translating feedback into actionable improvements.
- Track and report on KPIs to measure performance and drive continuous optimisation.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years Salesforce experience, with deep expertise in Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.
