This pivotal role requires spearheading finance transformation initiatives, optimising compliance, driving operational efficiency, and enhancing financial insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results and make a significant impact on the organisation’s financial landscape. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver finance transformation activities within the CRM replacement program. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Drive process transformation to improve operational efficiency and financial performance. Lead system integration efforts, focusing on ERP and CRM systems such as NetSuite and Salesforce. Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and successful change adoption. Enable and facilitate change management processes across finance operations. Requirements Proven expertise in finance processes, especially O2C (Order to Cash) and R2R (Record to Report). In-depth knowledge of billing and revenue processes.
