Digital Adoption & Learning Manager
Flexible on GTUK location, hybrid working

We are seeking a highly skilled, proactive and motivated Digital Adoption & Learning Manager to join our growing Customer Success team within our Digital, Data and Technology function. This role is crucial in enhancing the end-user experience across our software portfolio, ensuring the successful adoption of our digital tools, which are key to maximising the value of our investments and improving user experience. The role will be the product owner of our digital adoption product, VisualSP, leading the creation of engaging content and walkthroughs for our software platforms. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to work independently, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities
- Superuser of VisualSP, leading conversations to create and manage digital adoption content.
- Implement feedback loops, analyze user feedback to inform content creation and process improvements.
- Create high-quality digital content including tutorials, guides, and walkthroughs, leveraging existing content and SME knowledge.
- Utilize Microsoft Clarity and PowerBI to view usage metrics, understand user behavior, and enhance digital adoption.
- Identify pain points and improve user experience through effective strategies.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to a community of content creators and users.
- Manage relationships with vendors and monitor digital adoption initiatives for continuous improvement.
Minimum Criteria
- Advanced proficiency with VisualSP or similar platforms.
- Proven experience in digital adoption or related fields.
- Understanding of UX principles and user feedback analysis.
Preferred skills include proficiency with Microsoft Clarity, PowerBI, team management, excellent communication, and collaborative working skills.
