We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated, forward thinking Band 4 Qualified Nursing Associate. You will work within the community nursing out of hours service, providing home-based care led by Community Nurses. This post is for the evening service who work 7pm-11pm.
We are part of the Integrated Community Services Division, who provide a multitude of services within Bolton. Experience of working within a community is not essential as the successful candidates will receive a full supportive induction when they join the Division and the team. The aim of the Trust is to improve the health of our people and provide the best possible care to the population in which we serve, ensuring that our staff have joy and pride in their work.
