About the Role
OSF Digital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Cloud Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud and will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that meet our clients\’ business needs. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and excellent communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions
This role involves collaborating with clients to gather and understand their business requirements and translating them into functional specifications for solutions powered by Salesforce Data Cloud platforms.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather and understand their business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for solutions powered by Salesforce Data Cloud platforms.
- Design and architect scalable and robust solutions centered on Data Cloud that align with best practices and industry standards.
- Lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Work closely with technical architects, developers, and other team members to ensure the successful implementation of the designed solutions.
- Provide guidance and support during the testing and deployment phases to ensure the solutions meet the defined requirements and quality standards.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to ensure clients can effectively use and maintain the implemented solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce Data Cloud features, releases, and industry trends to continuously improve and innovate our solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Salesforce certifications related to Data Cloud are highly desirable.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with a strong focus on Salesforce Data Cloud.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities, features, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of data management, data integration, and data governance principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Preferred Skills
- You have experience working in a consulting environment and managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- You possess additional Salesforce certifications (Architect) or from related MarTech clouds such as Marketing Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, etc.
- You have a strong understanding of other Salesforce products and how they integrate with Salesforce Data Cloud (i.e., Mulesoft, Commerce Cloud, etc.)
- You have experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
