Role: Change Manager – Salesforce
Location: Remote
Contract: Initial 3 months
One of the leading Salesforce Partners in the ecosystem right now are scaling the team for a Salesforce Change Manager. Within the last year, they have gone from strength to strength, and have an abundance of brand new, complex and enterprise scale implementations in their pipeline. This covers multi-cloud, and multi-industry across the UK / EU and the US.
They have an urgent, initial contract opportunity to join a project from the start working with a client that operates in Financial Services and Banking. You will support the digital transformation project from a change management perspective, work closely with senior stakeholders to grasp the broader impact of change and create appropriate plans and support with training planning / delivery.
Your experience should include:
– Hands-on experience managing the change across technology projects
– Expertise with training planning, content strategy and delivery
– Experience conducting change impact assessments / change readiness assessments
– Strong knowledge of Salesforce products
– Agile and Waterfall project methodology experience
– Recognised Change Management Methods Knowledge and Certifications (APMG, Procsi, ADKAR)
– Salesforce Certifications β Nice to have
– Consulting background with Financial Servicesβ Desired, but not essential
This is a fully remote opportunity and you must be immediately available to be considered.
