Lutine Bell are supporting a well-known Insurance firm, who are looking to appoint an experienced Risk Director to directly support the Chief Risk Officer.
Joining a collegiate & progressive Risk function, you will be responsible for leading a team of Risk professionals & driving 2nd line Enterprise risk across the business.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have experience across the Enterprise Risk space, with oversight across Pricing & Actuarial areas (but you don’t necessarily need to be an actuary).
- Have technical Insurance experience (understanding of SII, ORSA, etc.).
- Practical Risk Management application – ability to drive a simplified RMF across the business.
- Ability to challenge & provide clear strategic direction.
- Have experience of leading & developing a small team.
- A strong communicator, with the ability to work with a number of different stakeholders across the business.
