We consist of around 135 advisors across the UK, combining strong regional presence and sector expertise with our international network and additional routes for Debt Advisory and Public Company Advisory.
We work with midmarket companies on growth and exit strategies, building trusted relationships and helping clients identify suitable transactions for growth—be it through private equity, debt funding, exit, succession planning, or flotation in public markets.
In this role, you will support deal teams in preparing and executing business sales, negotiating transactions, and employing your financial and negotiation skills to complete deals. You will also be part of a collaborative team that values working together and celebrating successes.

A look into the role
As an Assistant Manager or Manager in our Corporate Finance team, you will:
- Support transaction execution and contribute across multiple projects.
- Make a significant impact on clients and the firm, upholding high standards and quality.
- Work across the full client project lifecycle—from sourcing opportunities to pitch and completion, collaborating with peers and senior leaders (Directors and Partners).
- Assist in analyzing financial and commercial data for transactions.
- Draft information memoranda and marketing materials for sale processes.
- Prepare client presentations and pitch documents.
- Assist in company valuation using public comparisons, precedent transactions, and discounted cash flow methods.
- Work closely with sector teams to develop industry-specific expertise.
- Develop your skills and support others’ development with your manager’s guidance.
Knowing you’re right for us
The minimum criteria for joining us as an Assistant Manager or Manager include:
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, ICAS, CA, CIPFA, CFA) or relevant experience in M&A supported by a proven track record in a similar role.
Preferred skills include:
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding of financial statement analysis and financial modeling
- Excellent communication skills
