Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Contracts Manager to oversee our facilities management operations. This is a key role that involves managing a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  1. Overseeing maintenance contractors (both hard and soft services)
  2. Managing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules and costs
  3. Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
  4. Leading and developing a team
  5. Conducting remedial works when required
  6. Managing budgets and tracking spend
  7. Building strong relationships with contractors to ensure smooth operations
  8. Driving improvements in efficiency and service delivery

Profile

Key Requirements:

  1. Extensive experience in Facilities Management, specifically with contractors and maintenance (hard and soft services)
  2. Strong knowledge of PPM and cost management
  3. Proven experience in managing budgets and monitoring spends
  4. Strong leadership and team development skills
  5. Excellent understanding of compliance and health & safety regulations
  6. Ability to handle complex contractual negotiations and manage relationships with suppliers and contractors
