We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team in Bradford (BD4). This is a permanent hybrid role with expectations to work in the office at least two days a week.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of intelligent products that transform how businesses interact with technology—think conversational AI, virtual assistants and next‑generation automation tools.

In this role you’ll define the vision and roadmap for innovative SaaS products that leverage AI, machine learning and NLP to deliver seamless user experiences. You’ll collaborate with leadership and cross‑functional teams to turn ideas into scalable solutions that meet evolving customer needs.

What will you be doing?

  • Shape the future of AI‑driven SaaS: Define product vision and roadmap from PoC to MVP and beyond.
  • Conduct market research, user studies and competitor analysis to identify opportunities in AI, automation and conversational technologies.
  • Own and maintain the product roadmap aligned with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with data, technology, design, marketing and commercial teams to translate customer needs into product requirements.
  • Lead end‑to‑end product development: design, build, test and launch.
  • Drive product launches and adoption strategies with marketing and sales teams.
  • Analyse performance, user feedback and market trends to iterate and improve.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies in AI, chatbots and virtual assistants.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, security and regulatory standards for market‑fit products.

Essential

  • Proven experience in SaaS product management with successful launches.
  • Strong knowledge of AI technologies, automation and conversational platforms.
  • Familiarity with hyperscaler platforms (preferably Google Cloud & Vertex AI).
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and UX/UI principles.
  • Experience with digitisation projects and technical languages (Python, React).
  • Excellent analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of LLMs, ML, NLP applied to chatbots or virtual assistants.
  • Understanding of technical architecture (on‑prem & cloud).
  • Experience in startup or scale‑up environments.
