What You Will Do Embark on an exhilarating journey to drive new service growth supporting our Aberdeen Workshop, focusing on onshore fire and safety equipment servicing business across the Oil & Gas and Commercial Marine sector. This involves growing share-of-wallet and cross-selling additional products and services to new customers, including Gas Detection and Breathing Apparatus servicing and hire, servicing of CAFS, Water mist, Detection, and other systems and solutions essential for life and environmental safety. How You Will Do It Lead the execution of your Go-To-Market strategy using enterprise tools and value selling concepts. Continuously adapt your sales strategy based on key findings and ensure effective adoption of company systems, tools, and pricing policies. Leverage Salesforce.com for efficient lead management and collaborate with our Marketing function to tailor customer campaigns. To Be Successful in This Role You Will • Manage existing accounts and develop new business opportunities. • Build business development strategies for enhanced sales opportunities. • Monitor competitor activities and new developments. • Lead the complete sales process from opportunity identification to closure. • Develop a robust sales pipeline for meeting installation order booking requirements. • Drive sales performance using Salesforce. • Contribute to growth initiatives in Commercial Marine and Oil & Gas sectors. • Strive for continuous improvement and effective bid management. Preferred Experience • Experience in field sales and relationship selling. • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM system – Training is provided. • Existing experience and client base in Commercial Marine and/or Oil, Gas & Marine or adjacent markets. • Proven track record of selling technical service solutions. • Ability to present technical and commercial information. • Autonomous yet a proactive team player. • Resourceful with excellent customer engagement skills. • Proven track record of achieving outstanding results.
