About the Role:
As a Trainee Crop Manager, you’ll support their Crop Managers across all aspects of growing and harvesting operations. From crop planning and agronomy to team supervision and environmental stewardship, this is your opportunity to develop key skills while contributing to the success of their field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of crop growing and harvest operations to maximise yield, quality, and efficiency.
- Assist with crop walking, forecasting, variety trials, pest control, and data analysis.
- Learn to manage seasonal and permanent teams (including supervisors, tractor drivers, and operatives).
- Promote a safe, respectful, and high-performing work culture aligned with company values.
- Contribute to farm record-keeping, audits, and sustainability initiatives.
