Job Title: Project Manager – Office Fit Out / Design & Build Location: Slough Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 Company Overview My client is a dynamic commercial fit-out firm seeking a confident and experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple commercial design & build projects. You’ll be the driving force behind project success—ensuring quality, programme, and client satisfaction from start to finish. Key Responsibilities * Lead project delivery, managing programme, cost, and quality * Act as the main client point of contact, representing the company professionally * Manage internal teams and subcontractors across all phases of delivery * Oversee health & safety, ensuring compliance with current legislation and standards * Drive procurement, contract compliance, and commercial success * Monitor progress, manage change, and ensure on-time, snag-free completion * Produce and maintain project programmes and cost reports * Lead contract kick-off, progress meetings, and project closeout What You Bring * Proven track record delivering fit-out or construction projects * Experience with CAT A and CAT B fit-outs * Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure * Relevant H&S certifications (SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, etc.) Why Apply?
