GROWTH AND PARTNERSHIPS LEAD About the Role An incredible client of our is looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader to spearhead growth – uncovering and securing high-value client opportunities across Social, PR, and Experiential. You’ll be at the forefront of our expansion, turning ambition into measurable wins. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone with a track record in driving business development and securing new client relationships, ideally in a creative, marketing, or communications agency environment. You’ll lead outbound activity, craft standout proposals and presentations, manage tenders, and bring together the right internal experts to win. You’ll have the full backing of senior leadership and marketing support, but you’ll be the driver – identifying opportunities, opening doors, and creating momentum in a competitive market.
