Cloud Architect – Azure Cloud Architect – Upto £75,000 – Hybrid 2 days a week in Leeds City Centre Join a growing technology services business that delivers cloud, security, and digital transformation solutions for clients across the UK and beyond. This is a senior, hands-on role leading the design, delivery, and operational management of secure, scalable cloud solutions. What you’ll do: Architect and deliver cloud security and infrastructure solutions across Azure, AWS, and Cloudflare (or equivalent). Provide hands-on support for BAU, incident resolution, and operational improvements. Lead the design and configuration of Cloudflare services, including WAF, CDN, DDoS protection, Zero Trust, and Anycast networks. Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and maintain CI/CD, automation, and monitoring workflows. Act as a technical authority, mentoring team members and guiding best practices. What you need: Strong experience with Cloudflare or equivalent platforms, Azure (PaaS/IaaS), and Terraform. Knowledge of AWS, hybrid/multi-cloud environments, networking fundamentals, DevOps practices, and scripting (Python/PowerShell). Client-facing experience, able to translate business needs into technical solutions. SC-level UK Government clearance (or ability to obtain). Nice-to-haves: Containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes), cloud cost optimisation (FinOps), cloud security frameworks, and Cloudflare developer platform experience. Certifications: Cloudflare Certified, Microsoft Azure (AZ-104/AZ-305), AWS Solutions Architect.
