Job Description

• Oversee and manage M&A deals, business valuations, fundraising, and other corporate finance projects, ensuring top-quality delivery from start to finish.
• Act as a trusted advisor to high-profile clients, providing strategic insights and building lasting relationships that drive business growth.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented team, nurturing their professional growth and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Provide technical expertise in valuation modeling, due diligence, and financial structuring, ensuring robust and strategic decision-making.
• Take ownership of expanding our corporate finance services, identifying new opportunities, and helping the firm grow both regionally and nationally.

The Successful Applicant

• Currently a manager, senior manager or Associate Director Level within a Lead Advisory / Corporate Finance/ M&A Team.
• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualifications with a proven track record in the corporate finance sector.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to think outside the box and provide innovative solutions to complex financial challenges.
• Exceptional team management abilities, with experience leading, mentoring, and motivating others to achieve their best.

A passion for delivering outstanding client service, with the ability to manage and nurture long-term client relationships.

It’s a flexible hybrid working model with 2-3 days in the office.
