Project Manager – Residential Housing Location: Truro Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 + Car Allowance Contract: Permanent, Full-Time We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in house building to oversee two affordable housing developments around the Truro area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable contractor, leading high-quality residential schemes and working closely with both clients and site teams to ensure successful delivery. Key Responsibilities * Plan, programme, and manage the delivery of both sites to agreed timescales and budgets * Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers * Maintain strong communication with the client, employer’s agent, and other stakeholders * Liaise with LABC to ensure compliance with building regulations and quality standards * Drive health & safety, quality, and environmental standards across both sites About You * Proven track record in residential construction project management, ideally within affordable housing. * Experience with both traditional build and timber frame construction methods * Based in Cornwall, with strong local supply chain knowledge * This will be a roving role, managing two separate sites * SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications * Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills Salary & Benefits * £70,000 – £75,000 per annum * Company Car Allowance * Additional benefits package How to Apply If you’re an experienced Project Manager from a house building background and want to lead two significant affordable housing developments in Cornwall, apply today for more details
