The AmexGBT consulting organisation (200+ consultants across the globe) operate in a continually changing environment, with our diversified consultants delivering multi-disciplinary projects around travel and expense program optimisation, from traditional sourcing activities up to enhanced sustainability initiatives. In this hybrid UK role, you can enjoy the physical support from our London Hub colleagues, while virtually you also benefit from our global expertise.

What You’ll Do:
When you are assigned to a new project, you will work alongside a consulting manager or other consulting associates. At times you may be required to undertake projects of your own.
You’ll help to guide and direct the customer and affiliate stakeholders in an efficient, effective manner to achieve the objectives as set for the project, within the agreed timelines and associated costs. You will enjoy interacting across a range of subject matters – where applicable – including sourcing and category management, expense management, stakeholder engagement and communication, and spend management to name but a few.
You play a role in problem solving, identification of challenges and transforming hypotheses and conclusions into recommendations and suggestions of solutions in collaboration with consulting managers and your direct leader.
You’ll work on several smaller sized engagements to begin with and as your skills and abilities develop will transition to larger sized engagements all backed up by continual training and development.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a client facing environment would be highly desirable.
An ambitious consulting associate to join our delivery team based in the UK.
Collaborative, energetic, flexible and can-do attitude.
Analytically minded, understands data with ease and is comfortable in its manipulation to draw insights and conclusions.
Can multi-task easily and manage competing priorities.
Ability to solve problems with quantitative thinking and in-depth analysis.
