Role Summary

The Learning and Teaching Administrator will provide professional administrative support across teaching and learning activities, from student enrolment through to graduation. The role requires independent decision‑making, problem solving and high customer service standards. The postholder may work within the English Studies Department or across other faculties as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer enrolment, registration and assessment processes for students.
  • Provide a high quality, timely service to students, staff and external stakeholders.
  • Collect, organise and report data accurately on learning and teaching activities.
  • Maintain and update standard operating procedures.
  • Arrange meeting and event venues, and support academic colleagues with administrative tasks.
