A well-regarded North London firm is seeking a Court of Protection solicitor (0–3 years PQE) to join its growing team. This is a great opportunity for a junior lawyer to build a specialist practice focused on welfare proceedings and mental capacity law.
You’ll manage your own caseload—primarily s.21A applications, with some s.16 work—and work alongside a team recognised for its expertise. Experience in mental capacity and best interests issues is essential. Those with greater experience may be considered for an Associate-level role.
