Are you an experienced Banking & Finance Solicitor looking for an exciting new challenge? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Job ref: 215298426

Responsibilities:

  1. The appointed candidate will be joining a national, market leading team providing expert technical support to a growing and ambitious practice.
  2. You will collaborate closely with the partners in the corporate team, assisting in drafting and preparing various documents required in transaction processes, as well as offering support in advising banks, lenders, fund managers, and other corporate and institutional clients on all aspects of finance and security matters.
  3. You should be able to demonstrate strong technical expertise, and experience in asset-based lending, leveraged finance, corporate lending and borrowing, real estate finance, government finance and bonds, as well as capital markets.
  4. You will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with a genuine interest in building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients. You will also take an active role in marketing initiatives.
