ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will have 1-5 pqe in commercial litigation and ideally insolvency, gained at a City, West End, or top regional law firm.
Knowledge of litigation funding, including CFAs, DBAs, discounted and fixed agreements, disbursement funding, and ATE insurance products would be advantageous.
