Pay Rate: Band 3 £12.31- £20.80 & Band 5 £15.33-£24.52
Contract Type: Flexible Agency Work – Days, Nights & Weekends Available
Do you have a passion for supporting children with learning disabilities and making a meaningful impact in their lives?
MPA Recruitment is currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced Support Workers to work with children and young people who have learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviours, or complex needs in a variety of residential and educational settings.
Your Role Will Involve:

Providing person-centred care and emotional support

Promoting independence and life skills
-
Supporting with daily routines, activities, and education

Managing behaviours in a positive, therapeutic manner

Working closely with families and multi-disciplinary teams

Keeping accurate records and reporting any concerns
Band 3Requirements:

At least 12months’ experience working with children or young people with additional needs

Registered on NISCC
-
5 GCSES\’ including English or equivalent

Full valid driving licence in the UK

Right to work in the UK

Reliable, patient, and proactive approach
Band 5Requirements:

At least 12 months’ experience working with children or young people with additional needs

Possess a relevant University Degree ( in areas of social sciences)
