Job Description:
Fabulous role for someone with an FMCG sales and marketing background. You will be working for a well-known skincare and cosmetics brand that is looking to expand its footprint in the UK. You will be promoting the brand to major retailers (Sephora and Selfridges are already clients), setting up pitch meetings with purchasing teams, and nurturing existing retail customers. Ideally, you will speak Korean as this is a K-Beauty brand trending on Instagram and elsewhere. Lovely role!

Role:
A mix of Business Development and Marketing Operations. The goal is to expand distribution to new retailers by showcasing product excellence and increasing store footfall.
Duties:
- Manage up to 3 direct reports in Marketing
- Business Development (70%): Full responsibility for skincare product range, approach new and lapsed retailers, support retail decision-making, promote benefits, build promotional plans, manage stock levels.
- Marketing Operations (30%): Create targeted campaigns, increase brand visibility via social media and email, train retail staff, conduct store visits.
