A challenging opportunity has arisen for a CTA qualified tax professional with extensive tax experience to fulfil your potential within this dynamic and forward -thinking medium sized practice as a Tax Director or Tax Partner.
The firm is well-established and serves a broad range of owner businesses across a multitude of sectors and includes clients with turnovers up to £250 million.
The role itself is extremely diverse, managing a tax team and handling a mix of personal and corporate tax work compliance and advisory work. In addition, you will support the firm’s quest for growth and developing the team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage client relationships and expectations.
*Provide expert advice on complex tax matters, including company reorganizations, share schemes, property transfers, M&A, and more.
*Lead team training, appraisals, and recruitment.
*Respond to HMRC enquiries and ensure compliance risk is effectively managed.
*Work with partners to identify growth opportunities and deliver special projects.
Ideally, you will possess the following attributes and qualifications:
*CTA qualification with a minimum of 10 years’ PQE.
*Extensive knowledge of UK tax legislation and proven advisory experience.
*Exceptional client service skills and strong communication abilities.
*IT proficiency, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and accounting software.
*Leadership experience in managing teams and driving results.
