To drive digital innovation and advanced power system capabilities to enable Net Zero.
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Product Manager to lead the development of digital
products with a strong focus on power system analysis, modelling, and optimisation. You will
oversee solutions that integrate power systems engineering with cutting-edge digital
technologies to optimise energy generation, transmission, and distribution.
This role blends digital product management with technical expertise in power system
modelling, enabling delivery of products that enhance network stability, improve planning
accuracy, and support renewable integration.
Your responsibilities:
Digital Product Management
Define and communicate the vision for your product\’s digital roadmap.
Lead scoping, requirements definition, and prioritisation for features and enhancements.
Drive adoption of products in line with the organisation\’s strategic direction.
Research and apply emerging digital technologies to power systems challenges.
Manage cross-functional agile delivery teams through the entire product lifecycle.
Power System & Power Modelling Responsibilities
Collaborate with system planning and engineering teams to capture requirements for network analysis, load forecasting, and stability assessments.
Specify and oversee development of tools and models for:
Load flow and fault level analysis
Dynamic and transient stability simulations
Optimal power flow studies
Renewable generation and distributed energy integration
Validate and improve model accuracy through real-world data and simulations.
Ensure interoperability with industry-standard platforms (eg, PSSE, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, PSCAD).
Translate complex modelling outputs into clear insights for stakeholders and decision-makers.
Support regulatory and compliance requirements through robust modelling and reporting capabilities.

Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
Significant experience in product management within a digital and/or energy sector context.
Strong knowledge of power system principles, modelling techniques, and grid operation challenges.
Proficiency with power system analysis tools (eg, PSSE, PowerFactory, PSCAD, ETAP).
Understanding of market trends in smart grids, energy storage, and renewable integration.
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical information for non-technical audiences.
Agile delivery methodology experience (Scrum, SAFe).

Significant experience in product management within a digital and/or energy sector context.
Strong knowledge of power system principles, modelling techniques, and grid operation challenges.
Proficiency with power system analysis tools (eg, PSSE, PowerFactory, PSCAD, ETAP).
