About The Role
Join Our Team – Contracts Administrator
Location: Middlesbrough Office
Business Unit: Balfour Beatty Power Transmission & Distribution
Balfour Beatty is a leading international infrastructure group, and our Power Transmission & Distribution team is at the forefront of delivering essential energy infrastructure across the UK. We are now looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our Middlesbrough office.
The Role
As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our projects by ensuring all administration procedures and processes are followed meticulously. You will be responsible for compiling, creating, and filing documentation to agreed standards, enabling our teams to work efficiently and meet project requirements.
What you\’ll be doing
- Compile, create, and file documentation in line with company standards and project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up to date and accessible.
- Support project teams by coordinating administrative tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Assist in preparing contracts, reports, and correspondence as required.
- Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards at all times.
Who we\’re looking for
- Good Administration skill set (Experience essential)
- A good telephone manner
- Good Communication Skills
- Good IT Skills, particularly with Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and
