About THE ROLE
- Design, create, and implement an Associate events calendar working in partnership with HR and Internal Communications, considering the time of year, UK holiday diary, etc., ensuring events are within budget.
- Partner with Internal Communications to create and deliver engaging communication plans and materials, utilizing diverse channels such as email, campus digital screens, Instagram, White City Teams Chat, and notice boards.
- Coordinate regional town halls with Business Development, Internal Communications, IT, and Leadership Executive Assistant, hosted both physically at the London Campus and digitally across the region.
- Support PVH Market Launch and Managers conference events planning, implementation, and follow-up analysis.
- Manage internal email communications for Campus Events/Updates using the First Up Platform.
- Manage Hub North News Post for Campus Community Updates.
- Upload weekly menus to Campus Instagram and post campus event posters.
- Coordinate with IT to screen Hub talks/panels at the White City Campus.
- Assist the Campus team with other activities, including reception coverage during lunch and annual leave.
