Job Overview

A rare opportunity has arisen to join an expanding service-led business & training provider, based in the heart of Manchester. This is a new and exciting opportunity to join a business who are undergoing immense growth. You shall play a key role in supporting customers with their orders for products, services & training. My client seeking a dynamic administrator, someone who loves to work in a service led sociable team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with customers, processing their orders & helping with any portal/web-based queries
  • Responding to email enquiries in a prompt manner
  • Co-ordinating onsite services, such as training, deliveries & coaching
  • Assisting customers to gain funding reimbursements
  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls to support clients with any additional needs
  • Arranging customer payments via telephone, payment links or purchase orders
  • Producing quotations and liaising with internal teams such as Quotations, Warehouse, buying &training teams to ensure customers’ orders & training requirements are met in a timely manner

Experience required:

  • Proven customer care and administrative experience – two years plus
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal colleagues and external customers
  • Passionate about working in a customer service-led environment, working to group SLA’s and a familiarity with government-funded or employment support services would be advantageous
