As Growth Hub Manager within the Digital Audit Team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the team and the wider audit practice in delivering on strategic growth initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of the audit service line by driving collaboration, innovation, and supporting impactful delivery.
You’ll work on exciting projects, engage with senior stakeholders across the firm and our international network, and help coordinate our initiatives that support our digital growth ambitions. This role is ideal for someone looking to work with an innovative team, develop new skills, broaden their network, gain exposure to firm-wide value creation programmes, and make a significant contribution to how we grow and deliver in a digital-first environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Bids and tenders : Coordinate the DAT’s input into bids and tenders, collaborate with the central bids team, proactively seek opportunities, track and measure success, and maintain a library of content.
- Gateway to Growth : Become an expert user of Dynamics CRM, represent DAT’s needs, coordinate with change champions, monitor and report data, project manage CRM implementation, and support change management and training.
- GTIL and International member firms : Act as main liaison for international digital initiatives, coordinate with stakeholders, and support knowledge sharing.
- Project management : Manage multiple stakeholders, seek feedback, ensure value creation, monitor milestones, and promote collaboration.
- Candidate Profile : Audit experience at Assistant Manager or Manager level, excellent organizational skills, proactive, strong communication, experience with digital tools, data analysis skills, and a growth mindset.
