Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a Site Works/Facilities Coordinator to join our Defence Division at RAF High Wycombe. The role involves coordinating planned and reactive site works to ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CAFM system (Maximo), ensuring all works meet SLAs
  • Coordinate subcontractor activities, including scheduling and inductions
  • Arrange remedial works and obtain client quotes
  • Assist in monthly performance reporting and compliance documentation
  • Collaborate with Facilities Managers on resource planning and operational improvements
  • Manage suppliers to deliver value and service excellence
  • Support financial oversight with the Account Manager and Commercial team

Essential Qualifications/Skills

  • Understanding of facilities management and service delivery (desirable)
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Familiarity with CAFM systems; Maximo preferred
