Job Description
Role Overview: We are seeking a Site Works/Facilities Coordinator to join our Defence Division at RAF High Wycombe. The role involves coordinating planned and reactive site works to ensure operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CAFM system (Maximo), ensuring all works meet SLAs
- Coordinate subcontractor activities, including scheduling and inductions
- Arrange remedial works and obtain client quotes
- Assist in monthly performance reporting and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with Facilities Managers on resource planning and operational improvements
- Manage suppliers to deliver value and service excellence
- Support financial oversight with the Account Manager and Commercial team
Essential Qualifications/Skills
- Understanding of facilities management and service delivery (desirable)
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Familiarity with CAFM systems; Maximo preferred
