The role
An outstanding opportunity has arisen to become a key member of the Rural Land Management and Consultancy team in Guildford. The team manages Rural Estates and offers a range of professional rural advice, serving an impressive client base including some of the most prestigious clients in the area. The role will involve a blend of Estate Management and professional work within a team.
Responsibilities
- Act as principal agent for selected estate management clients.
- Undertake estate and farming business reviews.
- Handle diversification projects.
- Assist clients with the promotion of strategic land.
- Conduct secured lending and other professional valuations.
- Manage and lead a high-performing team.
- Maintain strong relationships with a prestigious client base.
Key Skills
- Competent and experienced MRICS qualified rural surveyor with project delivery experience.
- Demonstrate team leadership potential and ability to build relationships with clients and generate new opportunities.
