The Project Junior Assistant is a developing professional role. Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis and evaluation of project data to identify solutions to moderate to complex project management problems.
- Assist in gathering project data needed to complete and create project plans.
- Track project issues and resolutions, and update project artifacts with approved changes.
- Gather data to create project schedule management plans and variance reports.
- Analyze project budget data and create reports to track project costs.
- Ensure project documents, including charters, communication, and risk management plans, are updated.
- Work to ensure operational processes are integrated and effective across the organization.
- Define and implement business strategies and goals through data collection, analysis, reporting, and communication.
- Manipulate data for quantitative analysis to support problem-solving.
- Generate reports and recommend procedural changes to increase efficiency.
- Perform routine operational or administrative tasks, with work reviewed by senior staff.
- Assess risks in business decisions, ensuring compliance and safeguarding company assets and reputation.

This role is HOP to HOP eligible. Schedule: M-F, 7:00am-3:30pm CST.
Additional Details:
