Job Description

UX Researcher

London 6 Pancreas Square, onsite 3 days per week

From £40.38 per hour

40 hours, Mon – Fri

About the Role

We’re looking for a UX Researcher to lead moderately complex research projects with minimal oversight. You’ll uncover user needs, motivations, and pain points, and translate those insights into clear recommendations that shape product and service improvements.

Working closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, you’ll help guide strategy and ensure our solutions are rooted in user-centered thinking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, conduct, and analyze qualitative and/or quantitative research to identify user needs and business opportunities.
  • Synthesize findings into clear, compelling insights that influence product direction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research into design and development.
  • Prioritize research projects and proactively resolve roadblocks.
  • Apply metrics and evaluation methods to measure the impact of design changes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in UX research methods, storytelling, and ethical research practices.
