The role:
This role will be responsible for managing external communications with PerfectDraft customers. This includes the email creation, quality and compliance assurance, automation and personalisation, and performance optimisation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Email Creation

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to produce the copy for all emails sent
  • Review and test emails for accuracy, formatting and device functionality
  • Create and manage automated consumer lifecycle journeys
  • Segment customer database to provide targeted emails
  • Personalise emails using customer data
  • Ensure all emails sent comply with legal regulations

Non-Email Communications

  • Manage all app push notifications
  • Co-ordinate direct mail campaigns
  • Co-ordinate SMS campaigns

Performance Management

  • Complete data analysis on key metrics, generating reporting and commentary
  • Deliver a test-and-learn agenda to optimise performance
  • Collaborate with CRM provider to optimise performance and manage costs
  • Regularly perform a benchmarking exercise versus industry best practices

  • Performing data analysis, using Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding of CRM platforms is desirable
  • Setting up automated and personalised CRM flows is desirable
