The role:
This role will be responsible for managing external communications with PerfectDraft customers. This includes the email creation, quality and compliance assurance, automation and personalisation, and performance optimisation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Email Creation
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to produce the copy for all emails sent
- Review and test emails for accuracy, formatting and device functionality
- Create and manage automated consumer lifecycle journeys
- Segment customer database to provide targeted emails
- Personalise emails using customer data
- Ensure all emails sent comply with legal regulations
Non-Email Communications
- Manage all app push notifications
- Co-ordinate direct mail campaigns
- Co-ordinate SMS campaigns
Performance Management
- Complete data analysis on key metrics, generating reporting and commentary
- Deliver a test-and-learn agenda to optimise performance
- Collaborate with CRM provider to optimise performance and manage costs
- Regularly perform a benchmarking exercise versus industry best practices
Who we’re looking for:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Creating content for emails
- Performing data analysis, using Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of CRM platforms is desirable
- Setting up automated and personalised CRM flows is desirable
