The Role
As CRO, you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for driving revenue growth by leading the sales, business development, and marketing functions. This role requires a commercially driven, results-oriented leader with deep expertise in the B2B drinks/beverages space. You will work closely with the CEO and other stakeholders to identify new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and ensure the organization exceeds its revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s revenue strategy, aligning with overall business goals.
- Lead and manage the sales and business development teams, setting clear objectives and KPIs.
- Drive B2B sales growth by identifying new opportunities in the drinks/beverages industry and nurturing key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with beverage manufacturers, distributors, and other partners.
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and support sales efforts.
