As the Head of Peopleyou will be responsible for the provision of a full HR service, including, Recruitment, HR Systems, Employee Relations, Organisational Development, Performance Management, Learning & Development, HR Administration & Employee Benefits.
We are looking for an experienced, preferably CIPD-qualified HR Professional who is either operating at Head of HRlevel currently, or is looking to step up from a HR Manager role.
As is usually the case in SME’s, this role will at times be relatively hands on & operational, but will face off to the leadership team and will require strategic thinking and input at times. This is a newly created opportunity working closely with the senior leadership team and will provide an opportunity for an ambitious and dynamic individual to play a pivotal role in the evolution of the organisation.
