As a Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of tooling projects, liaising with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution from design through to final delivery.

Your responsibilities as a Project Manager:

  • Manage all tooling projects, ensuring quality, cost, and on-time delivery metrics are met.

  • Lead tooling project meetings, providing updates on timing, risks, and recovery plans.

  • Communicate changes to delivery schedules with internal teams and customers.

  • Monitor project costs, identifying potential recoveries and opportunities for cost improvements.

  • Work closely with production teams to track and optimise workflow through all manufacturing processes.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to maximise capacity and enhance on-time delivery performance.

Your current experience which will help you as a Project Manager

  • Proven experience in project coordination within a manufacturing or tooling environment.

  • Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and risk management.

  • Ability to interpret engineering requirements and collaborate with design and production teams.

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with experience liaising with customers and suppliers.
