Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

️ Develop and implement an effective coaching program

Lead training sessions and oversee all coaching activities

Manage and attend BUCS fixtures, ensuring the team is well-prepared and motivated for competition

️ Collaborate with team captains and other coaches for the playing squad selection processes

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant and demonstrable experience in coaching basketball

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong planning and organisational abilities

• Valid DBS check or willingness to undergo one
