Job Description
Buckden Partners has been mandated by ourleading UK property finance provider. Their loan book is currently at £800m and are looking to get this to over £1.5bn in the next 12 months.
As they continue to grow they are now seeking a dynamic and experienced underwriter to support on transactions between £2m-£200m.
Key Requirements
- Several years of experience in real estate lending, with a strong focus on bridging or short-term property finance.
- Proven track record of underwriting complex transactions.
- Strong understanding of UK real estate markets, valuation principles, and loan structuring.
- Familiarity with legal due diligence, property development risks, and exit strategies.
