Job Description

Macmillan Davies are partnered with a company in London to assist their search for an HR Administrator (Notetaker) for a 6 month fixed-term contract based in London.

The Notetaker will be required to sit in a number of important meetings and be able to accurately capture spoken or written information to an impeccable standard.

This is a role for someone with experience notetaking in key meetings with an exceptional attention to detail and the ability to produce clear and concise notes which will be vital for the employer and employees.

The Notetaker will be a responsible individual with a clear understanding of the importance of their work and the confidentiality that comes alongside it.

Based in Central London 3 days per week with 2 from home but you may be required to come in more often for particular meetings as and when. This role is for 6 months but there could be a chance to extend beyond, depending on workload.
