Your Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a Country Sales Director to drive the expansion of our Industrial market share in the UK & Ireland through strategic engagement with direct accounts and distribution partners.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute the Industrial Growth Strategy to maximise profitability and sales expansion.
– Provide leadership and coaching to the Industrial Sales team, ensuring top-tier performance and continuous development.
– Collaborate with management to establish budgets and forecasts that align with sales targets for key accounts and sectors.
– Oversee daily operations within the sales team to uphold the highest standards of internal and external customer service.
– Optimise Salesforce usage for market intelligence, activity tracking, and generating new business opportunities.
– Manage operations at the Birmingham Fort Dunlop office, ensuring compliance with HSE and environmental standards.
– Ensure adherence to quality and corporate governance guidelines, advancing the company’s interests and objectives.
Your Qualifications

Education:
– Essential: HNC or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or Business.
– Desirable: Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or Business.
Professional Experience:
– Essential: Experience in a technical sales or commercial management role.

Technical Skills:
– Proficient in computer use, including MS Office Suite.
