Role Overview
At ADI, sales isn’t about scripts, it’s about real conversations, clear value, and human connection.
We’re looking for a Sales Developer Representativebased in the UK to help more learners discover what ADI can unlock for them.
You’ll be the first point of contact for people who are curious, ambitious, or just looking for a change, and your job is to help them see the possibilities.No corporate fluff, no pressure tactics, just honest conversations and solid follow-up.
You don’t need years of sales leadership experience, what matters most is your mindset. If you’ve worked in a call center, sales floor, or any fast-paced service environment and you like the rhythm of it, you’ll feel right at home here.

Main Responsibilities

Proactively engage with warm leads in the UK market through outbound calls and follow-ups to understand their needs and guide them through our offerings.

Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets by effectively managing a high volume of outreach and conversations.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handover and alignment on campaign goals for the UK region.

Use our CRM system to accurately track all interactions, update lead statuses, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.

Guide potential customers through our courses and the ADI system, clearly communicating value and addressing initial questions or objections.

Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold a professional, friendly tone in every interaction, following company best practices.

Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Sales processes.

1+ year of experience working as a Sales Representative in a consultative role, with experience in the education industry preferred and highly valued.
